Ducted Split Unit

Ducted split systems are one of the most common cooling and heating systems in apartments. Chilled air is supplied in the summer and Heated air in the winter through ducts located in the drop ceiling to provide thermal comfort throughout the building as determined by the thermostat. Essentially, ducted systems are much quieter and more efficient when they are operating. This makes the ducted systems ideal for long-term residents.
